Your email, and nothing else.

This page covers the early-access list on this website. The Biodex app will have its own, fuller privacy policy, published here before the app is in the stores.

Who we are

Biodex, a nature-collecting game made by a small independent team. Write to us about anything on this page at biodex.game@gmail.com.

What we keep

When you join the list we store your email address, the date you joined, which wording you agreed to, and which form you used. Nothing else — no name, no IP address, no location, no tracking cookies.

Why

To send you an email when Biodex launches, and — rarely — news about early access before that. We do this because you asked us to: ticking the box is your consent, and you can take it back at any time.

Where it is kept

In a database run by Cloudflare that is restricted to the European Union: your address is stored and processed only inside the EU.

Who sees it

Only the people making Biodex. We never sell it, share it, or use it for advertising.

How long

Until you remove it, or at the latest twelve months after Biodex launches — then it is deleted.

Removing yourself

Any time, in one step: remove my email. You also have the right to see, correct or delete what we hold about you — write tobiodex.game@gmail.com — and to complain to your data protection authority (in Malta, the Information and Data Protection Commissioner).

Age

The list is for people aged 16 or over.
