Delete your account.

In the app

Open Settings, and under Account tap Delete account. It removes your finds, your photos, your map and your amber, and it cannot be undone.

The button does not yet remove your friend list, the position you shared with friends, finds you asked the community about, or your group and squad history. To have those erased too, write to us — see below.

By email

Or write to biodex.game@gmail.com from the email address of your Biodex account, with the subject "Delete my account". This deletes everything: the account, and the friend list, shared position, community finds and group and squad history the button leaves behind. We answer, and delete it, within one month.

The early-access list

The early-access email list on this website is separate from the app. To take your email off it: remove my email.
